Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DX Network Services in a professional manner at all times
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of products
  • Adhere to DX procedures and policies
  • Manage delivery routes to achieve premium and timed deliveries
  • Maintain equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in good working order
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products in excellent condition
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a polite and effective manner
  • Collect products in line with given instructions and times

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 licenseExcellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move products as required
