We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our community team in the Weymouth and Dorchester areas. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals in their own homes, participating in activities such as swimming, walking groups, and day trips, and assisting with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and medication routines.

The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and able to work shifts such as 07:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, and this will be paid for by Autism Unlimited.
