  • Project Oversight: Oversee the complete lifecycle and success (profit/loss) of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery to both internal and external customers, ensuring efficient execution across the portfolio.
  • Team Development: Establish and manage project teams to ensure effective delivery, working closely with Sales, Products, Operations, Strategic Supply Chain, and Global Customer Support.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently utilize resources and foster the development of the Project Management team.
  • Process Development: Support the development and adherence to company processes and procedures related to project delivery.
  • Quality and Safety: Drive project execution in line with the company's HSE and Quality standards, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
  • Risk Mitigation: Continuously manage and mitigate risks to support the company's business strategy.
  • Project Categorization: Contribute to the categorization of projects based on risk profiles.
  • Project Budgeting: Approve project budgets, goals, and strategies for each contract.
  • Project Chartering: Establish and sign Project Charters, empowering Project Managers to meet or exceed budget and delivery targets, adhere to HSE and Quality guidelines, and ensure efficient project handovers.
  • Performance Improvement: Lead improvement projects, reporting, and analysis to continuously enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Project and Programme management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and human resource balancing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Strong track record in contract negotiations and settlement agreements.
