About the Role:

This role is focused on providing a seamless experience for apprentices joining our programs. As an experienced Onboarding Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring that learners have the right information and support to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Explain the Apprenticeship journey to learners in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key milestones and expectations.
  • Utilize your expertise in data management to submit accurate learner data, minimizing compliance issues and ensuring a high 'first time right rate'.
  • Identify and escalate risks to the Operations Team leader, enabling swift action to mitigate potential problems.
  • Prioritize excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and trust.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working within an office environment or customer service role, with a proven ability to handle confidential information.
