We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Construction, covering properties throughout the Isle of Wight.
The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and involves carrying out general painting and decorating tasks, as well as some mould washing and preparation work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake all associated painting and decorating skills in properties within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
2. Liaise with merchants to obtain the correct materials to complete tasks.
3. Keep daily appointments as arranged to ensure works are carried out within target dates and report areas of concern to the Supervisor.
Requirements:
A full driving licence is required for this role.
Experience in painting and decorating is essential.
The pay range for this role is £19.80 per hour (LTD company rate), with a PAYE equivalent of £14.89 to £16.88 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
