About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Banking and Finance Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a leading regional Legal 100 firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of complex banking and finance matters, including transactions, disputes, and regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including household name banks, building societies, and lenders.
  • Contribute to the development of our Banking and Finance team, including participating in business development and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of eight years' PQE in banking and finance.
  • Experience in the Kent and/or Sussex market, with existing contacts in these areas.
  • Strong skills in business development and marketing, with a proven track record of building successful client and referrer relationships.
