About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Greene King pubs. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy pubs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
  • Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
  • Act as a role model for the team, supporting with training and development.
  • Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
