Strategic Advisor to the Chief Product Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Advisor to partner closely with our Chief Product Officer and enhance the effectiveness of their role. This pivotal position will drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and foster a positive team environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Directors, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional teams to increase visibility and alignment, driving strategic initiatives that span the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the annual goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with relevant teams and stakeholders, and tracking KPIs.
  • Managing departmental budgets, working closely with the Finance team on MDA preparation.
  • Cultivating a strong team culture, enhancing our employer brand, and facilitating collaboration between departments.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful results across diverse environments, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or a start-up/scale-up.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Frequent travel to regional offices may be required.
