About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Team Manager to join our planning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our store estate to drive sales and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistical operations problem solving, with a strong understanding of online industry best practices for logistics operations. You will be responsible for implementing and managing a continuous review process of store capacities and slot offering, as well as reducing zoned postcode offerings through new processes or tools.

A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is offered, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including 15% discount in Iceland stores, 30% discount at Club Individual Restaurants, and 33 days holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage a continuous review process of store capacities and slot offering.
  • Reduce zoned postcode offerings through new processes or tools.
  • Work collaboratively across Ecomm, digital operations, and retail to successfully implement changes and drive growth for future capacity planning.
