We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitness Professional to join our team at Richmond Villages in Cheltenham. As a Fitness Professional, you will play a key role in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among our residents, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver exercise programs tailored to the needs of our residents, ensuring their fitness goals are met and exceeded.
- Provide expert guidance and support to residents, helping them to set and achieve their fitness objectives.
- Ensure all exercise equipment and facilities are properly maintained and safe for use.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Spa Manager to promote and manage the fitness zones and programs, consistently exceeding member expectations.
- Support membership retention through actively encouraging member participation and promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Approved fitness qualification and experience in the safe and proper use of weights, cardiovascular, and flexibility equipment.
- Ability to treat basic injuries and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of customer service.
- Good organizational and promotional skills, with a keen eye for detail.
