About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, events, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee breaks and lunch buffets to high standards
  • Organize and manage the setup of tables, action stations, and buffets for service
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals and special requests
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of tables, stations, and service areas
  • Manage the presentation of tableware to ensure it is accessible and appealing to guests
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in banquet serving or a related field is an asset
  • No experience? No problem We provide training and support for the right candidate
