After School Sports Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate After School Sports Programme Manager to lead our sports coaching and activities programme at Bleasby CofE Primary School. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality sports programmes and leading teams of coaches and volunteers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sports programmes, leading sports clubs, and organizing participation in local and regional sporting events. You will also play a vital role in developing partnerships with local sports organizations and community groups to enhance our students' experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative sports programmes that meet the needs of diverse learners;
  • Leading sports clubs and extracurricular activities that promote teamwork and physical activity;
  • Coordinating participation in local and regional sporting events and competitions;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with local sports organizations and community groups.

We are seeking someone with exceptional leadership and management skills, a strong understanding of child development and safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,992 - £28,624 (pro-rata) and the opportunity to work with a talented and committed staff team who share our passion for education and student well-being.
