About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Fire Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering investment delivery of fire safety projects.

This is a full-time position on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months. You will work closely with our surveying teams to ensure that works are properly specified and delivered to target timescales and within budget.

Key responsibilities include making technical decisions in relation to site visits, design/specification and contract management, quality control and one-off / ongoing project management.

Delivering high levels of resident satisfaction, ensuring effective communication and that works are meeting the groups legal standards, obligatory responsibilities, and key performance indicators are essential.

Requirements

  • Recognised Health and Safety Qualification i.e. NEBOSH/CSCS
  • Professional qualification in a building surveying, maintenance, construction, energy, or asset management related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of the construction industry in general, and field of Building Surveying/Project Management
  • Knowledge and application of Decent Homes standard and Housing health and safety rating
  • Experience of contributing to writing reports, policies, and procedures
