Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant

  • Proactively source candidates by building relationships and creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process by assisting them during interviews and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends by providing market insights and managing expectations.
  • Generate new business by chasing leads, conducting research, and meeting new clients.
  • Introduce candidates to clients by representing candidates, scheduling interviews, and offering relevant feedback.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process by achieving successful placements for both clients and candidates.
