Location: Surrey

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Rate: £11.44-£15.44 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals in their daily lives
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
