Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in West London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately forecasted and controlled.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the rail or civil engineering industry, with a strong understanding of contractual procedures and cost management. You will be working on a range of projects, from £1m to £25m, and will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring contractual procedures are followed, and performing risk and value management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports regarding projected costs for internal teams and clients;
- Ensure contractual procedures are adhered to;
- Accurate cost forecasting;
- Perform risk, value management and cost control;
- Value completed work and arrange payments and issue applications for payments to clients;
- Assisting with final accounts.
