Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field-based Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Field-based Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring that our products are neatly displayed, fully stocked, and well-promoted in retail sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement and drive sales.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on store visits, stock levels, merchandising activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, help qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Overnight stay in a defined region when needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
What We Offer
  • 28 days holiday.
  • £50 per hour based on experience + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission.

You must have access to your own vehicle, insured for business travels.
