Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Liverpool Secondary Schools

Job Description:

We are currently working with several secondary schools in Liverpool who are looking for a KS3-4 Learning Support/Teaching Assistant. The schools have an on-site provision where there are 3-4 pupils who have been excluded from lessons. This position is potentially long term for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis for Maths and English
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
  • Strong behaviour management techniques
  • Experience of working with low motivation students and challenging behaviour
