We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Head of Music to join our team at Northbourne Park School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our music department and inspiring our students to achieve their full potential.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the music department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages
* Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum, aligned with national standards and school policies
