Role Overview:
Fusion People Ltd seeks an experienced Site Engineer to work on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering and management, with 5+ years of experience. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and communicate construction drawings.
  • Ensure accurate setting out and provide precise lines, levels, and reference points.
  • Influence site progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Work with the team to maintain Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of previous experience.
  • Experience in residential builds would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in managing labour & materials is required.
  • Previous Health & Safety responsibilities are essential.
  • Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel are necessary.
  • A full driving licence and relevant site cards are required.
