Audit and Accounts Senior

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Bromley. As a key member of our audit team, you will assist partners and managers in delivering statutory audit and accounts preparation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver audit and accounts assignments
- Supervise junior staff during audits and review their work
- Deliver audit files to assignment managers in a timely manner
- Manage client communication effectively
- Coach staff for improved performance and technical development
- Mentor audit and accounts trainees
Requirements
- Experience of private company audits, including planning, budget preparation, and identifying key risks
- Knowledge of current auditing standards and approaches, including analytical review and sampling techniques
- Significant prior experience of statutory company accounts preparation under UK GAAP and charities
- ACA/ACCA qualified
Desirable Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
