Job Description:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in financial markets and a desire to make an impact by connecting industry-leading talent with world-class firms. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by identifying and engaging with outstanding professionals in the corporate finance space.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients in Investment Banking, Alternative Investments and Corporate Development.
  • Source and headhunt top talent through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Provide tailored advice to clients and candidates on market trends, interviewing, salary benchmarking, and career opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry news and developments to best serve our clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months' experience in recruitment or executive search, ideally within the Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Alternative Investments sectors.
  • An understanding of financial markets and the ability to engage credibly with senior-level professionals.
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing client and candidate relationships.
  • Self-motivation, results-driven work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
