Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Corporate Banking EMEA Events Team to deliver strategic event opportunities that drive client and prospect engagement across our growing international footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Corporate Banking EMEA Events Team to provide full assistance on all event-related activities.
  • Work on event-specific databases, event calendar maintenance, event collateral, and delegate management and reporting.
  • Manage attendee nominations, track event performance, and report on a regular cadence.
  • Manage and instruct internal and external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and value standards are maintained.
  • Execute quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Provide event on-site support.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in events.
  • Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative in this role.
  • Ability to problem-solve/think independently.
  • Must be able to tackle any task and exemplify a positive attitude and commitment to success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management organization structure.
  • Ability to attend and support on events outside of normal daily hours.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Workfront.
  • Experience in using PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Languages would be beneficial, particularly French and Spanish.

Working Arrangements:

This role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days office-based and up to 2 days working from home. You'll require your own device when working from home.
