Your New Role

As the Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the SAP B1 system to drive business success and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that IT strategies align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise and maintain the SAP B1 system to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Design and implement reports to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to align IT initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Champion business process re-engineering and drive innovations to enhance operational excellence.
  • Participate in planning and execution of technical system/database maintenance, including system configuration changes, lifecycle/performance management, and customisations.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP B1 and SQL is essential, with experience in SAP FSM and Coresuite being highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Windows Server Technologies: Strong operational experience with Windows server technologies.
  • Confidentiality: Consistent adherence to high standards of confidentiality.
