About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Charlecote Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50, a fixed-term contract until 26th September 2025, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful and historic location. You will also receive training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and sales targets
