Role Overview

This position as a Policy Governance Lead will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting organisational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective governance strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and assess risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on governance matters, promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
