Job Title: Principal Data Analyst

Join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED as a Principal Data Analyst, where you will play a key role in developing and delivering data collections related to our social housing stock.

Job Summary:

As a Principal Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Lead Asset Manager to translate data collection requirements, develop a cleaning strategy, and create tools to support the transition from Keystone to ServiceConnect. You will also assist in identifying emerging and changing requirements, forecasting, and future planning across the Housing Capital Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and run data systems, providing data reports and specialist advice to colleagues.
  • Effective engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure adequate understanding of data usage and reporting requirements.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft technologies, including Excel and PowerBI, to deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Generating actionable insights and implementing data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with data management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of data architecture and migration.
  • Experience of building and structuring detailed performance reports using IT systems.
  • Experience of collating data, analysis, and using performance management systems to inform service re-design and improvement.
  • Experience of leading on complex technical data issues, including research, policy development, and legislation or service changes.
  • Experience of working with senior managers to identify business requirements for automated business intelligence reporting.
  • Experience of using Keystone, Northgate, ServiceConnect, or similar systems.
Additional Information:

This is a 35-hour per week position, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.
