We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess Gas Safe Registration and Domestic ACS certification. As a Social Housing Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing service and repair work in tenanted properties within Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service and repair work in social housing properties.
  • Participate in a call out rota with a standby rate and enhanced call out rate.
  • Operate a company van with a fuel card.
  • Engage in internal training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Hold Gas Safe Registration and Domestic ACS certification.
  • Be willing to participate in a call out rota.
  • Have a DBS check.
