Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Create and configure applications and modules using the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules, configuring application UI and workflows.
  • Integration: Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools.
  • Portal Design: Design and develop user-friendly and responsive ServiceNow Service Portals and Knowledge Management portals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of ServiceNow applications to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and defects within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in a senior role and 4 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API), experience with ServiceNow UI customization, knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS), experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, and familiarity with database technologies (relational databases).
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desired).
