Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing technical team and contribute to the development of digital products and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical products and services across various technologies and clients. A key requirement is your ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions for clients, adhering to best practices in coding standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, prioritizing technical excellence and developer experience.
  • Promote a blameless culture where open communication and collaboration are encouraged.
  • Work in our London office (2 days/week) and occasionally travel to client offices in London and EMEA.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React, with expertise in agile development practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments, such as CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, contract testing, and E2E testing.
  • Ability to monitor application performance using tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or Sentry.
  • Adaptability and willingness to contribute to back-end tech stacks when required.
  • Strong desire to create performant applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
