Job Title: Investor Relations Associate

At Sagan, we're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Investor Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for turning inbound indications of interest into investor meetings for our team to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential investors through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and events.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM with accurate information about prospects, investors, and interactions.
  • Assist in executing cold outreach campaigns, including emails, phone calls, and social media messaging, to engage potential investors.
  • Schedule introductory calls or meetings between potential investors and our senior team.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Track outreach metrics and investor engagement, generating regular reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and senior leadership teams to ensure messaging aligns with broader fundraising and investor relations strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in investor relations, sales, or a related role is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Pipedrive and Reply.io, is preferred but not essential.
  • Charming, highly articulate, and comfortable interacting with high-end individuals.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in managing investor relationships.
