Landscaping Groundworker

We are working with a reputable landscaping company based in East Belfast, Bangor, Holywood, Newtownards, Cultra, and Donaghadee, seeking skilled laborers to join their team on a self-employed basis.

As a skilled groundworker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in landscaping, including fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance.

• Carry out skilled labor tasks efficiently and effectively within specified deadlines
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues encountered

• Prior experience in fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance is essential
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport and UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks

The estimated salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and hours worked.
