We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at RLDatix, a leading provider of Strategic Workforce Planning solutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of our Workforce Management platform, OneView, within the Maritime, Defence, Cruise, and Offshore Engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project success.
- Confirm contractual documents are signed and in place throughout project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project records and artefacts.
- Manage client expectations, aligning with project goals and timelines.
- Produce regular reports on project activities and progress.
- Support requirements analysis, product training, test planning, and go-live delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the customer project team and the RLDatix project team.
- Engage with customer stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent delivery.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business impact.
- Experience with project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Background in implementing Workforce Planning/Crew Management solutions.
- Experience with software system implementation, both remotely and on-site.
- Proven customer-facing skills and ability to manage project profitability.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to large groups and senior staff/executives.
- Domain knowledge from one or more of the following: Maritime, Defence, Cruise, Offshore Engineering.
- Customer Support: Provide outstanding service, empathy, and a strong desire to solve customer business needs.
- Strong work ethic: Professional, cooperative, determined to succeed, and consistent with high-quality work.
- Communication: Effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.
