About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Security and Support Coordinator to join our team at Depaul UK. As a Night Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and safety of our clients in our accommodation service in Oldham.

Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular security checks and monitor CCTV to ensure the building's safety.
* Provide support and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, or services visiting the building at night.
* Maintain accurate records of all work, activities, and entries to and from the building.

Requirements:

* Experience of managing the overnight safety of vulnerable clients, preferably in supported housing.
* Good written and spoken communication skills to ensure accurate handovers of information between shifts.
* Basic maintenance and/or cleaning services experience.

Person Specification:
