Nursery Room Leader Job Description

Kido Holdings PTE Ltd seeks an experienced Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Early Years setting. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of Early Years Education principles.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to young children. You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and parents alike.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant childcare qualification at level 3 minimum.
  • Experience as a Level 3 Educator, preferably as a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader.
  • Safer Recruitment: All posts involving direct contact with children are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary up to £32,000 for full-time employment (40 hours/week). You will also enjoy:
