We have an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Specialist to join our team at Woodlands Day Nursery.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated childcare team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursery policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Early Years Education or related field
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
