Job Summary:

Anchor is seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Assistant to join their team. As a Maintenance Support Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day minor maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring a happy and comfortable environment for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, ensuring a high standard of work.
  • Differentiate between minor repairs and when more specialist skills are required.
  • Ensure equipment is used safely, with instructions and health and safety procedures being followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or repair role is desirable.
  • Range of practical skills, including maintenance and gardening.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
  • Health and safety in the workplace.
