Workstream Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire Acute Healthcare Alliance.

About the Role

The Workstream Lead will be responsible for the delivery of the EPR workstream, playing a key role in the implementation of the new system. This includes ensuring appropriate planning and support is in place to enable successful service transition, driving operational change, and removing unwarranted variation across the three organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the future state design of the EPR system, coordinating with local workstream leads and change partners to work with the supplier and clinical and operational transformation leads.
  • Facilitate updates or development of standard operating procedures for the new processes developed for an agreed Oracle Health EPR module.
  • Ensure systems and processes of the new EPR and integrated care systems are embedded into operational and clinical practice.
  • Contribute to local and AHA policy and protocol development to ensure both service and implementation needs are met.
