About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Dispensing Optician to join our team at Specsavers in Belfast. As a key member of our optics department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supervising opticians to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Providing expert advice on contact lenses and eye care products
  • Participating in performance-based bonus schemes to drive business growth
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in dispensing optician roles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of NHS referral processes and guidelines
