About the Role:

Courtyard Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Educator & Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the ongoing assessment, management, and delivery of care packages for children and young people with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment, management, and delivery of care packages for children and young people with complex health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to staff on complex health needs and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in children's complex health, including respiratory management and ventilation support.
  • Pediatric Nurse qualification with current PIN number.
  • Experience in training and mentoring an asset.
  • Full driving license and own transport an advantage.
