About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused PCV Bus Driver to join our team at Arriva Kent Thameside Limited. As a key member of our community transport team, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers to what matters to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a PCV bus safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Build relationships with customers, familiar faces, and community members, making a positive impact on their daily lives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • PCV Licence (if you do not have this, please apply to our trainee bus driver role).
  • Over 18 years old with at least 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, with advance notice of scheduled shifts.
