  • We advised HSBC on a syndicated £60,000,000 refinancing of a large, private equity-backed Care Home Group.
  • We advised Lloyds and Santander on a syndicated £135,000,000 financing to a well-known northern housebuilder.
  • We advised Gravity Fitness on a complex fund financing.
  • We advised ICG on a £65,000,000 syndicated senior loan to an aparthotel business.
  • We advised Nordeutsche Landesbank on a £29,000,000 syndicated financing of a shopping centre.
  • We advised ThinCats on multiple leveraged facilities for varying purposes.
  • We worked regularly with HSBC, Santander, and Lloyds on a range of corporate banking and real estate finance matters.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Banking and Finance Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Banking and Finance and comfort in dealing with complex matters.
  • A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients.
  • The confidence to hit the ground running.
  • A passion for client care and providing a high-quality service at all times.
  • We are happy to consider applicants for Leeds or Manchester subject to preferred location with an opportunity to develop their own client base in both cities.
