Lead Social Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd, as a Senior Residential Manager.
Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus bonuses (up to £5,000)
About the Job:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing children's homes and leading teams of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of care, and promoting the well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field
- Experience of managing children's homes and working with vulnerable young people
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
