About the Role:
The Assistant NPD Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth by leading the development of new products and improving existing ones. This fast-paced position requires a collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement NPD strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product development, including factory, planning, technical, commercial, and procurement
* Identify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new ones that meet customer requirements

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years NPD experience within the food manufacturing industry
* Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Up to £42k DOE, plus pension and 33 days' holiday.
