About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to service and maintain AC plant and assets through scheduled planned maintenance visits.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills to identify and carry out remedial works.
  • We require an engineer with install experience within the domestic and commercial sector.
  • A high level of responsiveness is expected, with a priority placed on responding to emergency call outs with the aim of resolving issues first time.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all disciplines involved in HVAC installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service and maintain AC plant and assets through scheduled planned maintenance visits.
  2. Identify and carry out remedial works as required.
  3. Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  4. Respond to emergency call outs, prioritizing swift resolution to minimize downtime.
  5. Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including documentation and reporting.
