Job Title: Head Orthodontist

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Orthodontist with an energetic personality to lead our team in delivering exceptional orthodontic care. As a vital member of our practice, you will work closely with the Practice Principal to oversee and manage a team of Orthodontic Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of Orthodontic Therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality orthodontic care.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Practice Principal and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients for both conventional appliances and Invisalign.
  • Patient Care: Ensure exceptional patient care by overseeing treatment progress, addressing patient concerns, and providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist in administrative tasks related to patient management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Orthodontic Expertise: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master's Degree in Orthodontics (UK or overseas).
  • Clinical Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
