Bartender and Server Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender and Server to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage orders.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating guests, ensuring a warm and inviting ambiance.
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, according to established recipes.
  • Offering recommendations to guests on menu items and drink pairings to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
  • Processing payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and responsible alcohol service.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Proven experience as a waitress/waiter with bartender skills in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and ability to craft and serve cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage service.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
