About the Role:
Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for building transmission and sub-assembly to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of vehicle mechanical interfaces and repairs of vehicle components.
- Install and repair of hydraulic systems.
- Fault find and diagnostic investigation work.
- Engine knowledge.
- Overhaul of raft components.
- Understanding of schematic drawings.
- Training as and when required.
Requirements:
- Previous Rail/Automotive or Plant experience required.
- Own transport is recommended due to the location.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday - 07:00 to 17:00
- Friday - 07:00 to 13:00
- Overtime is available.
