We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Metallurgy Expert to join our team at Caresoft Global Limited in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for laboratory metallurgical analysis of various metals, including sheet steel, sheet aluminium, cast, extruded, and forged metals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating quality technical issues
  • Conducting materials characterisation and validation
  • Supporting technical activities related to materials input to CAD, EBERs, and RMDV2 requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £25.50 per hour and a hybrid working arrangement that allows for up to two days of remote work per week.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in materials or mechanical engineering, with experience in laboratory work and technical understanding of fatigue testing/analysis, manufacturing processes, and CAE/FEA tools and techniques.
