Chief Financial Officer

Acuity Associates is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive strategic growth and financial success during a pivotal phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the business through significant change, ensuring financial transparency and control.
  • Lead the professionalization of the finance function, enhancing financial performance and reporting.
  • Assess and develop the skills and capabilities of the finance team, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Manage external funding relationships and oversee fixed asset management and lease financing.
  • Business Partner with the CEO and board to prepare the company for an eventual exit strategy/external PE Investment.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant (or CCAB equivalent) with proven experience in senior financial roles (CFO/FD).
  • Proven success in driving growth within dynamic environments, with expertise demonstrated in areas such as contract supply, equipment rental, construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
  • Based in the South East, working full time office hours.
